Shipping

When placing your order in our online quote system, you can set where and how much quantity to be shipped after the printing process. Transportation is usually done by trucks; by trucks in our facilities, or by contracts with external transportation companies. The delivery costs could be free or charge you additional costs according to the printing quantities, the distance to your destination, and whether delivered by a factory-owned truck or not. We can inform you of the delivery cost in advance if you ask the cost to your representative manager while providing your order specs (size, quantities, and etc.) before ordering. Or we might update the delivery cost after ordering. Since the delivery cost is based on the actual spending cost, it could be changed when we finish printing and start shipping for reasons such as unexpected weather or holidays. Shipping costs can be paid together with printing costs or separately before shipping. Transportation time may change depending on the situation. NetPrint is not liable for any delays in transportation caused by weather, transportation truck conditions, product damage, or other unforeseen reasons during transportation, and any loss resulting from failure to receive at the desired time. NetPrint's liability is only until the point of completion of printing and of transferring to the delivery carrier (truck, aviation, ship, small vehicle) and is not liable for any damage in transit. However, if you let us know about these delays and damages, of course, we ask the carrier to reimburse and share all the processes so that they can be resolved smoothly.

Mailing and Transit Time

You can pay in the currency of the country where the factory that actually prints, among the global factories of NetPrint, is located. For example, you can pay the US $ if your order is printed in the United States or JP ¥ if printed in Japan. The amount to be paid is the amount displayed in the online quotation and must be paid before printing begins. In the case of direct mailing or shipping costs, it is the amount determined after ordering, so you can pay after printing. Of course, you can pay all the amount together before printing starts. Payment can only be made by bank transfer. Payment by credit card or PayPal is not permitted. After placing an order, please click the project name in the order list of ‘My Account’ to see our bank account information in the order details.
